Coben Family Library Fund for Preservation

Established in 1998 by Jerome Coben '66 and family to provide a library fund for the preservation of materials in the field of Judaic studies.

Income from the Coben Family Fund was previously used to support the deacidification of Judaica, to neutralize harmful acids and extends the lifespan of books and documents. The funds are being used to support the construction of custom enclosures to protect collections.
