The Center for Digital Scholarship was formed in 2009 through the merger of the the Library’s Center for Digital Initiatives (CDI) with two units formerly administered by Brown’s central computing group (CIS) — the Scholarly Technology Group (STG) and the Women Writers Project (WWP).
