Human Development Reports have downloadable data from many countries about subjects such as civil society, economics, youth, etc. We also have paper copies of these reports at the Library.

IAEA.org Data Centre contains statistics about nuclear power throughout the world.

International Labour Organization (ILO): Statistics includes statistics on employment, migrant workers, child labor, etc.

Statistical Division contains global statitstics on population, housing, health, etc.

Statistical Yearbook (UNESCO) is in paper at the Library. It covers statistics about education, T.V., radio, etc.

The World Bank

United Nations Cartographic Section has hundreds of political and thematic maps.

United Nations Children's Fund: Statistics has children's statistics from every country, e.g., mortality and life expectancy.

United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) provides annual statistics on studies relating to international trade and investment (requires quick registration).

United Nations Educational, Scientic and Cultural Organization: Data Centre contains more 1,000 types of data on education, literacy, science and technology, culture and communication for more than 200 countries from Member States and international organizations.

UNFPA Worldwide offer interactive tables of quality of life and health issues for each country.

U.N. Peackeeping click on the Facts and Figures links to get statistics about operations.

WebRelief contains data, maps and policies of relief work throughout the world, for example about dislocated people in Sudan or reconstruction in Indonesia.

World Economic Outlook has global data on a variety of economic topics such as inflation and GDP.

World Health Organization collects international data on diseases and health. Search through the website for reports and data.
