A four-time James Beard Foundation award-winner for her cookbooks and magazine articles, and the winner of the IACP\u2019s Cookbook of the Year Award, Dorie has collaborated with many celebrated chefs, among them Julia Child (Dorie wrote the book, <em>Baking with Julia<\/em>), Daniel Boulud and Pierre Herm\u00e9, France\u2019s most famous pastry chef. She is a long-time contributor to <em>Bon App\u00e9tit<\/em> and a frequent guest on NPR\u2019s All Things Considered. Her book, <em>Baking From My Home to Yours<\/em>, inspired the creation of Tuesdays with Dorie, a weekly online baking club that has been ongoing for over three years. A similar group, French Fridays with Dorie, now with over 1500 members, was created to cook through <em>Around My French Table<\/em>.
