The new NIH common forms link with investigators\u2019 ORCID iDs and allow them to add citations from their ORCID profiles and NCBI My Bibliography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While NIH\u2019s original date for requiring the use of SciENcv and the new NIH Biographical Sketch Common Form was <a href=\"https:\/\/grants.nih.gov\/grants\/guide\/notice-files\/NOT-OD-26-018.html\"><strong>January 25, 2026<\/strong><\/a>, due to major technical issues the guidance has been updated to allow for a period of leniency through approximately <a href=\"https:\/\/grants.nih.gov\/faqs#\/common-forms-biographical-sketch-current-pending-support.htm?anchor=57833\"><strong>May 2026<\/strong><\/a>. That said, NIH Is encouraging investigators to move to the new system as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just getting started with SciENcv?
