She held a number of library positions at Syracuse, most recently Technical Specialist (Cataloging and Metadata). Her work experience includes cataloging, metadata creation, authority control, metadata mapping, and metadata evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>Jeanette Norris has a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma and a M.A. in European and Russian Studies from Yale University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Library is\u00a0pleased to announce the\u00a0appointment of Jeanette Norris as the new Metadata Management Librarian.
