It will be open 24\/5 for the rest of the semester and then 24\/7 during reading\/exam period.<\/p>\n<p>The Rock will open at <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">8:30am<\/span><\/span> on Wednesday, April 8 and remain open until <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">10pm<\/span><\/span> on Friday, April 10. Hours on <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday, April 11<\/span><\/span> will be normal hours (<span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">10am to 10pm<\/span><\/span>). The Rock will open on <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Sunday, April 12 at 10am<\/span><\/span> and remain open until <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">10pm<\/span><\/span> on <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Friday, April 17<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The extended hours are in response to student requests to make available additional and alternative 24-hour study spaces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Hours will be further extended to 24\/7 for reading\/exam period. Thus, the Rock will open at <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">10am<\/span><\/span> on <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Sunday, April 19 at 10am<\/span><\/span> and remain open 24 hours per day thru <span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Friday, May 15 at 5pm<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>The updated Library hours are available <a href=\"http:\/\/library.brown.edu\/hours\/index.php\">on the website<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beginning this week, the Rockefeller Library will extend its hours.
