I cannot say how honored I am by the publication of the Carberry Cookbook. I appreciate it daily. However, I wish more emphasis had been placed on the appropriate vessels, new and used, ceramic or otherwise, that were used in the preparation of these fine tongue teasers.

I am sure that such an accumulation of culinary cooperation will find its place in Brown's history.

I hope to be back in time to give my next lecture.
