Login to <a href=\"https:\/\/brown.alma.exlibrisgroup.com\/leganto\/login?auth=SAML\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Course Reserves<\/a> to access the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may also login to Course Reserves from our reserves webpage at <a href=\"http:\/\/library.brown.edu\/reserves\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">library.brown.edu\/reserves<\/a> and selecting the <strong>Course Reserves Platform Login<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. After logging in, you\u2019ll see a&nbsp; list of your previous reserves lists. Locate the list that you would like to reactivate and hover over the right corner of the list citation. From the ellipsis that appears, Select the option for <strong>Reactivate list<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not see a previous reserves list, please contact our reserves team at <a href=\"mailto:rock-reserves@brown.edy\">rock-reserves@brown.edu<\/a> for assistance with your list reactivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"10104\" src=\"\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image1-9-1024x492.png\" alt=\"list of previous reserves lists\" class=\"wp-image-10104\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. On the next screen, you\u2019ll have some options to edit your reserves list before reactivating it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>List name<\/strong>&#8211; You can edit the name of your reserves list in the <strong>List name<\/strong> field if you do not want the list to have the default name of your course name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Link to course<\/strong>&#8211; This is where you will search for and select the course name and number of the previous reserves list you had that you would like to reactivate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;After making your edits and selections, select <strong>Create list<\/strong> to continue your list reactivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"10106\" src=\"\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image3-8-1024x534.png\" alt=\"edit options, List name and Link to course, then select Create list \" class=\"wp-image-10106\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Your list has now been reactivated, and all items that were previously requested should be visible as requests under&nbsp; the list of resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our system is currently configured to automatically publish your list so students can view it, and also automatically inform the library that you have submitted a reserves list for processing.
