Use the directions below to create your reading list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. While viewing your dashboard, use the green <strong>Create list<\/strong> button to create a new reserves list<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image2-1-1024x111.png\" alt=\"Course Reserves interface with &quot;Create List&quot; button circled.\" class=\"wp-image-9931\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Next, enter a name for your reserves list in the <strong>List name<\/strong> field and an optional description in the <strong>List description<\/strong> field.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Link to course<\/strong> field, begin typing your course department and code, and select your course from the list of courses displayed and then select <strong>Next<\/strong>. The course selected here is the course that the reserves list will be associated with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image1-1-1024x446.png\" alt=\"enter List name, List description, and Link to course, then select Next\" class=\"wp-image-9930\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Choose which template you would like to use to display and organize your course readings. There are 3 options: <strong>Resource type<\/strong>, <strong>Default<\/strong> (one section) and <strong>Weeks<\/strong>. After selecting your template select <strong>Create <\/strong>list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image4-1-1024x558.png\" alt=\"select options like Create sections, then select Create list\" class=\"wp-image-9933\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Your reserves list has now been created and this completes your initial list setup. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our system is configured to automatically publish your list to course students and to also send your list to the library for processing.
