To learn more about submitting requests for access reproductions please visit the John Hay Library&#8217;s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/library.brown.edu\/info\/hay\/reproduction-services\/\">reproduction page<\/a>. Requests are completed in a predetermined time frame and provided to patrons as they are available. Staff adhere to US Copyright Laws which may limit the amount of material that can be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brown University instructors should utilize the Library\u2019s course reserve portal (<a href=\"https:\/\/library.brown.edu\/reserves\/\">https:\/\/library.brown.edu\/reserves<\/a>) to request digital access to special collections materials for their courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High-Resolution Reproductions- Digital Services supports the John Hay Library &amp; Special Collections through the creation of preservation-level digital surrogates of collections materials. Our staff adheres to imaging best practices established by the cultural heritage and library communities.
