Use the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1Y75HnL11MYEsIGUL-pU77gALb3-UNMomMxZaynxEzjs\/edit?tab=t.0\">Library Event Checklist<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScwatUf1-cnQXNk2S8tVIcWNZluKlkqvj9cKQFfMt9L6me6ug\/viewform\">Library Event Submission Form<\/a> if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The event is an event, i.e., a gathering of people that is not a meeting or a workshop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The event requires catering, facilities management, custodial, or media services orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants will require hotel accommodations or travel reimbursement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants may receive a stipend or honorarium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security may be required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The event falls outside normal hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is any chance someone might call or stop into Library administration to ask about the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ONLY LIBRARY STAFF SHOULD FILL OUT THE EVENT FORM.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you submit the Event Form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You and the event team will receive a copy of your responses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An event team member will be in touch to discuss the details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have questions, do not hesitate to reach out to a member of the event team.
