Elmer and Sophia Schaffer Blistein Book Fund
Established in 1985 by the classmates, colleagues, students and other friends of Professor Elmer Blistein '42 AM'47 PhD'53 and Sophia Schaffer Blistein '41 GP'01, on the occasion of his retirement after forty years of teaching at Brown, for the acquisition of books on English literature, particularly works by or about Shakespeare.
