Augustus Mendon Lord collection, 1770s-1929 (bulk 1876-1908)
The Augustus Mendon Lord collection includes correspondence, documents, and autographs of prominent figures from the period 1778 through 1908. The bulk of the correspondence pertains to American politicians, particularly members of Congress, and dates from 1876 through 1908.
