Blacks at Brown

The Blacks at Brown timeline, sponsored by the Inman Page Black Alumni Council, provides a foundation to chronicle and preserve the stories of current and future students, faculty and staff.

Collecting and sharing stories, ephemera and artifacts offers Black alumni, family, friends, and visitors an opportunity to learn more about the University and its culture during different points in time. The timeline provides alumni the opportunity to revisit their time on campus, reflect on their unique experiences, and find fellowship and enjoyment in the telling of these stories. Black alumni have a meaningful, enduring connection to Brown that has helped to shape their personal histories.
