Visual and User Interface Design and Development

About

Most digital projects are presented on the web. Considering user interface design and usability helps give focus and direction to your digital scholarship and makes your site enjoyable to use. All projects have an interface, but paying attention to visual design and user experience aids clarity, functionality and usability.

We can assist with design methods like card sorting, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing to help you understand how to best present information. We also aid with graphic design practices and principles like typography, continuity and color palettes.

Some important questions we can help you answer when you start a project:

  • Who is your ideal audience?
  • What do you want them to be able to do?
  • What information will they find?

Supported Applications

  • Sketch
  • Illustrator
