Information for Exhibitors
SALALM's annual meeting offers all book dealers, publishers and library service providers working on Latin America, Spain and Portugal the possibility to present their services at an exhibition from July 25-27, 2010. This exhibition will take place in the Grand Ballroom of the Biltmore Hotel, located in the 17th floor and adjacent to the L'Apogée meeting rooms.
The Grand Ballroom measures 4,212 Sq. Ft. and is equipped with free wireless access to the Internet.
Rates for spaces or tables:
- Space or table for exhibitors who are SALALM members: $275.00 (per space/table)
- Space or table for exhibitors who are not SALALM members: $400.00 (per space/table)
NOTE: Exhibitors do not have to register for the conference unless they plan to attend the conference sessions.

The table/space fees provides the following benefits:
- The right to exhibit in the Grand Ballroom.
- The use of one or more tables/spaces measuring 6' x 2.5' ft (183 cm x 76 cm). Tables will all be clothed and draped.
- The use two chairs per table (more can be arranged).
- The use of electrical outlets in the room.
- Bookdealer name tags for each space or table.
Registration forms and all fees must be received no later than May 10, 2010.
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their displays at the beginning of the exhibits and dismantling them at closing. Exhibitors may use their own trade show booths and signage, but the space used must be equal to the size of a full or half table. If the space equals the size of two or more tables the fee will increase accordingly.

Exhibitors may co-sponsor the Book Dealers' Reception by contributing the fee listed on the Exhibitor's Registration Form. Sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference program.
