If you picked-up your New York Times Academic Pass a year ago, please remember that it is good for only 12 months and needs to be renewed. If you are one of the few people who wrote down their expiration date then you are ahead of the game. We suspect that for most people the first indication they will have that their Pass has expired will be when they hit the NYTimes.com article pay wall.
The good news is that it is easy to renew the Academic Pass.
1. Go to: https://nytimes.com/passes and login using your Brown email address. If you have forgotten your password click the adjacent link to recover it.
2. When the login is complete click the submit button. An email will be dispatched to your Brown email account.
3. Click the link in that email to confirm that this is your account.
4. You are set for another 12 months; make note of your expiration date!
