Angela Stone Lorenz is an American artist who has been living and producing artist’s books in Bologna, Italy since 1989. Lorenz received her B. A. from Brown University in 1987, concentrating in Art-Semiotics. She also studied Book Arts in the Graphics Department of the Rhode Island School of Design.
This exhibition of artist’s books and bookmaking process archives, drawn from the collections of the John Hay Library, Brown University, and the Artists Books Collection at the Fleet Library, Rhode Island School of Design will run from October 23 – December 2006.
