Friedman Center wins Library Interior Design Award

The Friedman Study Center recently received its sixth major architectural and design award: Best of Category (Small Academic Libraries, under 30,000 sq ft) in the American Library Association/International Interior Design Association’s Library Interior Design Awards. The award was presented at this year’s ALA Conference in Anaheim, CA on July 1. Florence Doksansky, Associate University Librarian, accepted the award on the Library’s behalf during the 2008 Library Interior Design Awards ceremony at the Disneyland Hotel.
