    The Miniature TrainSusan Smulyan, Associate Professor of American Civilization, will present a Faculty Forum that will highlight the Library’s project to digitize the John Hay Library’s copy of a fascinating Japanese scroll that beautifully illustrates Commodore Matthew Perry’s landing in Japan, the first official contact between Americans and Japanese.
