Brown University Library wants to hear from you!
Did you know that the busiest day at the Library last fall was December 12 (over 5,500 people visited the libraries!). And that students consulted with librarians over 1,300 times last semester on research questions? Statistics like these help the Library better understand the needs of the community and examine ways to improve our services.
During this week (April 15-21), as you visit any University Library space, please take a few seconds to answer a very brief exit survey about your experience: tinyurl.com/BULlibstats. QR codes linking to the survey will be posted around the library buildings, and hard copy surveys will also be available on-site. Your input will help us better understand why you use the Library and how we can improve our services.
If you have thoughts, ideas, or suggestions for us but don’t find yourself at the Library this week, you are welcome to fill out our general feedback form, which is always available on our website, library.brown.edu. This is your Library, and we’d love to hear from you!
Thank you!
