1st World Fantasy Convention

This audio clip of Robert Bloch is from a recorded panel discussion from the 1st World Fantasy Convention held in Providence, Rhode Island in October 1975. During this panel, fantasy and horror authors discussed their shared inspiration and how they got their start writing fiction. Moderated by cartoonist Gahan Wilson, panel participants included Joseph Payne Brennan, Robert Bloch, Frank Belknap Long and Manly Wade Wellman—all authors published by Arkham House.
