- Meet with your supervisor on a regular basis. Ask to receive feedback on work performed.
- Continue to meet with other colleagues and departments. Learn more about what work is being performed and what type of services are provided.
- Continue your 12-month tour of the Brown University Libraries. Discover all that Brown’s Libraries have to offer, and meet your colleagues who work there.
- Visit the website for the Center for Learning and Professional Development (CLPD) to explore professional development opportunities that will assist you in meeting your professional and personal goals.
- Familiarize yourself with Brown and all that the community has to offer. Attend a Wellness Session, one of the Staff Advisory Council (SAC) events, or take in an exhibit at the Haffenreffer, Bell Art Gallery, or the John Hay Library.
- Provide the Onboarding Committee with your impressions and feedback on the onboarding process. Please let us know what we can do to improve and make the onboarding process easier.
