Rockefeller Library
Digital Scholarship Lab (Lib Rock DSL 137)
Space for up to ~50 people (~20 seated at tables). Priority given to classes and curricular activities. Swipe card access only — to request access, contact Jen Braga. For access with scheduling, contact Dawn Silvia.
Hecker Training Center (LIB Hecker Center)
Space for approximately 20 people. The Hecker Training Center has a wall projector, wall screen, and different cords to connect your laptop to. The room also has a PC that you can use. All Library employees have access to this room on their Brown ID. However, access to the closet that houses the laptops must be arranged through Lib Tech.
Rockefeller Library Conference Room (Lib Rock Conference)
Space for approximately 14 people. The conference room has a wall projector, wall screen, and different cords to connect your laptop to. Contact Dawn Silvia for access to this calendar or for assistance with scheduling this space.
Digital Studio Seminar Room (LIB Digital Seminar Room 160)
Space for 8-10 people. The seminar room has TV and AirMedia/HDMI hookup. This is a public room (available to students and faculty), but can be booked for occasional staff meetings through the Google Calendar (entry LIB-Digital Seminar Room 160).
A9- Classroom
Space for 12 people. Must be booked through the Space Reservations Database. Please be aware that this space is controlled by the University Registrar and may only be booked by Library staff after the close of the “shopping period.”
230 – Rockefeller Library Consultation Room on Level 2 (Lib Rock 230)
Space for 5 people. The room has TV and AirMedia/HDMI hookup. All Library staff have card access to this room, and it may be reserved directly using your Google calendar. In both Rock 230 and 231, a Polycom line is available.
231- Rockefeller Library Consultation Room on Level 2 (Lib Rock 231)
Space for 5 people and a flipchart for note taking. All Library staff have card access to this room, and it may be reserved directly using your Google calendar.
John Hay Library
Bopp Seminar Room (LIB Bopp Seminar 315)
Technology-friendly classroom designed to provide instructors with an opportunity to conduct hands-on, in-depth use of the collections with their students in a classroom setting. Equipped with a phone, for conference calls, computer, document camera, projector, and screen, and easy laptop connection to the screen display. Suitable for classes of 22 students or less. Food or drink are not usually allowed in this space, although a request for an exception can be brought to the director of the John Hay Library.

Bruhn Room (LIB Bruhn Room 204)
An elegant room for classroom sessions and discussions. Suitable for classes of 14 students or less. Bruhn is locked, except when in use. Check in at the front desk before entering.

- Bruhn is wifi enhanced for Internet access, but lacks projection technology
- No phone line
- Not handicap accessible
- Food or drink are not allowed in this space
