- Discuss travel and reimbursement policies and procedures with your new hire if he or she is eligible for funds. Additional information can be found on the Library’s staff Intranet page.
- Remind the new employee to complete and submit the Benefits Enrollment Form within 30 days of employment.
- Meet with the employee to revisit goals and check training progress.
- Continue orientation meetings and departmental orientations.
- Encourage the new employee to visit the Center for Learning and Professional Development (CLPD) and Workday Learning to explore professional development opportunities that will help in meeting professional and personal goals.
