The American artist Norman Rockwell, best known for illustrating covers of the Saturday Evening Post for nearly five decades, also designed stamps. Rockwell produced designs that commemorated American culture: ?Boy Scouts of America? (1960), ?City Mail Delivery? (1963), ?Tom Sawyer? (1972).
